HOW ABOUT SHEDDING/TANGLING?

Minimal Shedding/Tangling.

Curly hair is beautiful but it does require some maintenance effort. Please comb hair starting at the ends to detangle while wet (preferably with conditioner) then work toward the root with a wide tooth comb. Jungle Hair is very resilient and wont matte when cared for properly.

Curl Pattern?

Jungle Hair is very versatile. You can wear it in a coarse state that matches 4C hair well. You can also manipulate the curl pattern with product for 4B looser curl pattern.

Many of us are in between patterns or may decide to change up our looks. You can have an afro style, tight curls or a looser pattern. A fine tooth comb (once detangled) will yield tighter coils. Wide tooth comb for looser coils.

Clip Ins are high quality and sewn tight for repeated use.

How do I care for curly hair extensions ?

Don’t overdo it

Generally, curly hair is prone to being dry, which is the reason why it’s so important not to over-wash it. Excessive shampooing opens up the cuticles and strips the hairs of their natural oils, which will dry out your curls even more. The less you wash, the better!

Avoid hairsprays and mousse

Not only can it make your curls crunchy, these two products are also ones that contain the highest amount of alcohol.

Go easy on the heat

Excess heat can cause your curls lose their natural spiral-like shape, making them look lifeless. If you notice this, avoid using any kind of heat for a week or two, and focus on rehydrating your curls to give them that bounce back.
